This university has a long list of subjects without NC! Paderborn is not holding as well known as Cologne, Hamburg or Berlin, and therefore is not overwhelmed with applications. The NC is not a quality characteristic, but a result of supply and demand for places. (NC = Numerus clausus = closed number)
